By summiting the order form, you agree to be bill to the credit card or any form of payment summited & if any claims or cancelation of the existing order, it must be summited with in 24 hours or if is special order with in 5 business days from the day the order was placed.
All returns must have a RA # (Return Authorization number) and approved by the head office.
Custom made orders are not subjected to cancellation once cut, 10% will be the interest per month chargeable on past due accounts.
All claims must be done with in 5 business days after receipt of goods.
